2000-07-03 - 02:22:42� Well, I had a good Canada Day. It was quiet, but I like that sometimes. Actually, I like that most of the time. I do like going out and getting together with a lot of people sometimes, but generally I like small, informal and quiet. I feel more comfortable around a few people that know me really well. Today hasn't been quite as good a day. It's really hot and it's been gloomy and rainy all day. And the stupid elevator in my building isn't working. Again. And lucky me, I live on the 6th floor. So things like doing laundry and grocery shopping are really fun right now. I don't like walking up all those stairs regularly, much less when I'm hauling something with me. The elevator has been out since Thursday now, and it won't be fixed until at least Wednesday. I really hate living in this place. What I really need to do is to win the lottery so that I can move somewhere really fabulous where I have lots of space and privacy and there is always a working elevator.
