2002-09-09 - 9:41 p.m.� Is there something in the air over Barrie? Some odd planetary alignment causing everyone to go nuts? In the past 24 hours a small handmade bomb was detonated behind the police station (by an obviously brilliant man, who showed up at the station moments later with a mutilated hand), there was a bomb scare (later discovered to be a gas leak) at my old high school, and some yokels decided it would be fun to set fire to the bagel sign outside the Hortons where my mother works. Weirdness. I hope it the weirdness will spread to my office tomorrow, and something odd (but ultimately harmless) will force us to evacuate for the day. We're due; it's been close to a year since we were all forced out because of a rotten grapefruit. That was the best day... memories, sweet, sweet memories.
