2001-09-26 - 9:08 p.m.� We got the apartment! I'm moving! Hurrah! I've been grinning like an idiot all day long. I got next to nothing done at work today, but no one cared. I faxed in the application this morning as soon as I got to work, right at 8:30. Then, at 9:00, when I knew they'd be in the office, I called to check if they'd got it. The management company woman said that they were just about to run the credit check on us. Then, around 9:30 the woman called me back to offer the apartment to my mom and I! We have to go in on Wednesday to sign the lease and give the first and last rent. We officially get the place on November 1st, but we don't have to be out of here until the end of November, so we'll have time to paint and move some stuff over in stages. I'm so excited! I can't believe that this actually worked out! I can't remember the last time I've been this giddy and giggly without any sort of intoxication. I'm moving! I'm moving! I am moving! La la la...
