2001-12-27 - 10:36 p.m.� Does the fact that I had to go to work today officially make me a grownup? I've never, ever had to work between Boxing Day and New Year's. Last 2 years I was unemployed that week, and before that I had it off as school vacation. It felt very wrong to go to work today. I had a very nice Christmas, and a very nice 2 and a half days off. I saw only people I wanted to see, got everything I wanted, and I spent the whole of Christmas day in my pjs. Heaven, I tell you. Quiet Christmas' are the way to go. So much less stress when you stay home all day listening to music, watching movies, and eating. The only problem is that I have had a stupid, nagging little cold since Monday. It has sort of cut into my festive spirit. Oh well, life can't be perfect.
