2004-06-28 - 6:31 p.m.� I voted. I voted even though I don't really like any of the candidates in my local riding. I voted even though I figure that no matter how I vote, the local fuckwit that I hate the most is probably going to win. I voted even though I don't really like or trust any of the party leaders. I voted even though the thought of any of the party leaders becoming prime minister makes me vaguely ill. I feel very strongly that everybody who can vote, should vote. Voting is a right that we should never take for granted. I'm just wondering if my I wouldn't have better expressed my feelings and interests in this election if I had voted to officially abstain.
