2002-04-16 - 7:36 p.m.� My Simon cat is pissed off at me. Two reasons for this, the major one being that he is no longer allowed to stay in my room at night. He has become totally obnoxious. He doesn't just meow, he yells. And he's really smart-- too smart, in my opinion. He is determined to find a way out of my room on my own when he wants too, and while he has not yet succeeded, his efforts are very loud. So, now that he and Mittens are no longer trying to kill each other, he spends his nights outside of my room, and this pisses him off. He is also unimpressed with the fact that shortly after I get up in the morning, I leave him for nine hours or so. Sorry, buddy, cat treats don't grow on trees. It's incredibly hot here today. It feels like July. Very disconcerting. When I got downtown this morning, I could barely see the lake (which is right downtown). The mist coming off of it was incredible. See, up until this morning, the lake was still iced over. Ice meeting 30 degrees celcius air means major fog and mist. I'm far too excited today about the fact that there is a new episode of Angel on tonight. And speaking of being excited way too easily, I almost squealed in delight when I realized that The Man Who wasn't there came out on DVD today. I went out after work and bought it, but I don't think I'll have a chance to watch it until Thursday. Oh well. Oh, the pointless of this entry!
