2005-02-14 - 7:34 a.m.� Monday mornings are always the hardest. I never can seem to get moving right away. I whimper pathetically when my alarm clock goes off. I stumble around, trying to track down clothing, a hairbrush, my watch, etc. I try to leave home early enough to grab a coffee before I head into work, but I hardly ever manage, because things inevitably take longer on Monday mornings. Today, just to top off my Monday discontent, I woke up to find an enormous, disgusting, painful pimple on the corner of my lip. And another reason to be miserable today? I just checked the weather forecast and evidently, there is freezing rain right now, coating my path to work with a sheet of ice. Fabulous! In other news, today is Valentine's Day. Or, as I like to call it, the day before all the good chocolate goes on sale.
