2004-02-02 - 10:07 p.m.� Okay, the exercise bike helped a whole lot. Note to self: as tempting as it is to sit on my ass and wallow while depressed, exercising may actually improve my mood. Another thing that helped my mood? The Muppet Show guest starring Johnny Cash. In other news, my hands are so dry that just typing is pulling on the skin enough to make them crack and bleed. Just thought I'd share.
